Inside the tenement, player can place their own furniture and machines in a designated areas. Those are the player's apartment on the first floor and the two adjacent balconies unlocked in their respective renovations, the basement and the adjacent mushroom farm and workshop extension and the roof available to renovate after accessing all the floors in the tenement. Player is also able to put only decorative furniture on the stairwell.
