Deekula B is initially locked, taped off by the Fungal Treatment Unit, player gets access to Deekula B once they are sent there on the course of [[Me Mash!]] quest or [[Priest's Debt]] quest.

The apartment has 2 rooms and is equipped with an Oven with a Stovetop, a Fridge with Freezer, a Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers) and a Bucket potty, however the apartment lacks electricity and electronic devices won't work until an Industrial Fuse is installed. A random Oven Recipe can also be found in the first room on a table. The apartment has a secret passage to apartment B2.

Located on the 5th floor from a staircase near the apartment B10, the stairs are blocked by 3 wooden crates that can be broken using a Sledgehammer or an Axe, an additional door is found there that cannot be opened anyhow.
