+In the tape Alex Hartman talks about Jeff Walter, where he claims being betrayed by him. He describes how the Blackrock Nuclear Power Plant was built after the Two Gorges Dam was complete, and that its construction caused the Harman's company, the Hammer Valley Hydro, more problems.
