== Walkthrough ==

During the quest Radio Signal, the player will be instructed to investigate apartment B3 in Deekula B. In the apartment the player will find a body in the bathtub ~~that is~~ covered in mushrooms. To start the quest, the player should NOT inform the police of the body, doing so will make the quest impossible to start. Instead the player should use OSRat (obtained during the main quest Priest's Debt) on the body, which will start a short dialogue with Jacob Carter. Jacob instructs the player to help his daughter Caroline and to tell her ~~that~~ he misses her. As of the current version, this quest is impossible to complete as Caroline is not currently in the game.
