Elo is a minor character in INFRA, she is little girl who is attempting to escape with her family from a mysterious group.

Elo is a little girl who is attempting to escape from someone with her family, Anna and Ken.
Appearances
Elo and her family are never encountered, but their presence in Stalburg is evidenced by a den they previously inhabited. Elo's drawings portray herself as a very young girl in a red dress.

There are drawings present in isle3 that suggest that she was led into Stalburg Underground through the City Gates by Mörkö and/or someone in Stalburg Underground.
Her hideout is inside the maintenance area inside of the Castle Rock Bridge near the start of isle3. There are drawings present here suggest that she was, or wanted to be led city gates by Mörkö. A document was addressed to Elo in the bridge hideout warning her to not trust "guys with white masks", and then vandalized later to highlight parts of the note. This description matches the appearance of followers of Stalburg Underground cult and insinuates Elo's family may be trying to escape the cult.

According to the document that can be found in isle3, her father is or was hiding in the Steel Factory. Further information is not available at the moment.
