INFRA features 74 achievements throughout its three acts. Most achivements are related to finding collectibles, namely photographable spots, corruption documents, geocaches and repairable spots. A third of the achievements are hidden and refer to finding specific easter eggs and corruption documents.

Achievements for the first two acts were changed following the October 24 patch 2016.
The original icons, which were were respectively orange and blue for Act 1's and Act 2's, were changed to black and white.
Any mention of Part 1 and Part 2 were rewritten as Act 1 and Act 2, with the exception of "Restoring the Flow".
Description of Enjoy Ice Cold Osmo Olut was changed from "Experience the Osmo effect."
Description of "Hartman's Stash" was changed from "That's a lot of money."
Description of "Foreseen Consequences" was changed from "What did you REALLY expect to happen?"
The achievement "Purification" was added late in the 27 October 2016 patch, after the release of Act 2.
