Entering the powerplant, Mark is contacted over the radio again by Paul, who explains the situation is worst than they thought, floodwater has already gotten inside the containment building, everything is running on emergency power, and everyone appears to have just left. To make matters worse, Carla and Amit have gone missing. Paul manages to find the manager of the powerplant, who initially says there's nothing that can be done, but remarks that if they're willing to risk their lives, they can try to stop the reactor from a meltdown. The manager instructs Mark to locate and activate the auxiliary generators. Mark can find the keycard to get Carla and Amit out of the office they stuck in, and crosses over the flooded turbine hall. | |||
