The first breath of fresh air the the player and Markku get to share in quite a while. Although the player is topside, the office is still a distant goal, and getting back underground is the next goal.
The Pitheath Metro Station, and the surrounding businesses within the station. This map brings the player back topside, and can see public transport workers protesting against [[SMT]] or citizens going about their day.

Shortly before the events of Infra, the Union of Metal Workers Building was given a gift of malice from someone who claimed to be a metal worker, laxative gummy bears. These backed up the toilets. Meanwhile, the director of Striking at the union began doubt the union in regards to their actions during Stalburg Steel strike. The director attempted to investigate the decades-old event, pondering if the shutdown of Stalburg steel, as the newspaper in the archives claimed, was caused by the overly demanding and manipulative union, or if the shutdown was a part of Jeff Walter's scheme to bankrupt every company he owns. Then, the building closed for the day and they began another strike. Mark makes his way through the metro station, with the help of his boss and a rogue metro worker, he proceeds to take a minitrain down the tunnels.
Prior to Mark's arrival, the Union of Metal Workers Building was given a malicious gift from someone who claimed to be a metal worker, laxative gummy bears. The resulting catastrophe backed up and caused the toilets to flood. Meanwhile, a member of the union's board began to investigate Stalburg Steel's decades-old bankruptcy, seeking to repair the union's reputation, and pondered if the shutdown may of actually been caused by the then owner, Walter Co.

During the events of ''INFRA'', Mark traverse the sewer and a locked door to find himself in the Metal Worker's Union Building. He escapes through either changing the keycard door's frequencies or a ventilation shaft. Outside the building, but still trapped in the closed station, Mark calls Paul Lauwens to update him, complaining about the hazardous shortcut and the protest outside. Paul tells Mark to hang on while he "pulls some strings", he calls Mark back and tells him a metro station worker has unlocked a door for him that leads to a maintenance tram Mark can take back to the office. Mark activates the train and rides it out of Pitheath.

===Pitheath Metro Station===
The Pitheath Metro Station is the pinnacle of metro stations. It is a crumbling facade built upon a flawed throne of sub-par concrete and mushroom infestations. The water is backed up in some places, graffiti adorns the walls, and glowing mushrooms grow from the tunnels. Perpetually delayed construction flanks it, and it is inoperable during the events of Infra due to union strikes. The maintenance tunnels have evidence of squatters living in them, and more equipment dedicated to getting drunk and having coffee breaks than actual safety equipment.
The Pitheath Metro Station, a station that goes along the Ampstrand Line in Stalburg. The subway itself is relatively modern, but shows recent sign of neglect due to the metro worker's union strike. Green mushrooms have also begun to sprout in a damp area of the station. Mark can withdraw money from an ATM if he chooses, and visit a closed Aziz's Döner and Kebab restaurant.

===Union of Metal Workers Building===
===Union of Metal Workers Building===
Becoming the premiere union of Stalburg, the Union of Metal Workers collected enough union dues to build a headquarters attached to the Pitheath Metro Station. At the time of Infra, the toilets are clogged due to a malicious mail delivery, and the floors are covered in fecal matter. At an unknown time, the workers at the building began to use radios to listen to music. These radios caused interference with their advanced key-card system. The fish in the pond are dead, and the archives are filled with beer and batteries. It is unknown whether this is caused by apathy for professionalism, or some malicious intent.
A prominent union of Stalburg, the Union of Metal Workers collected enough union dues to build a headquarters in the Pitheath Metro Station. Various things in the building are broken, the toilets are clogged due to the malicious delivery of gummy bears, all the elevators are out of order, and the improperly wired electrical system causes interference with the keycard-locks to the doors. Furthermore, through either the city's poor water quality or neglect, all the fish in a man-made pond have died. Portraits of Mikiali Rosenthal

=Trivia=
*The hotplate burner in the sewer takes 40 seconds to fully cool-down, attempting to cross it earlier will cause Mark to yell in pain, but take no damage.
*Leaving the sewer manhole open, leaving the first burner off, or turning on the burner under maintenance will add to the mistake counter.
