A villa on the outskirts of Stalburg owned by Mikhail Rosenthal. The fate of Jeff Walter can be discovered here.
Story
Past events
Prior to the events of INFRA, Mikhail Rosenthal allowed Jeff Walter to stay in his mansion to find a way to expose S.N.W. At some point, he meets Max Koller, the police officer in charge of investigation on Walter's disappearance, who agrees to help Walter and conducts two interviews on December 18th and December 19th, 1986.
During their second interview however, they're interrupted by a vengeful Alex Hartman and Eric Kleinnmann. Walter tries to reason with them, and gave the location of Xeander Berg to Kleinmann, who immediately leaves for Castle Rock Island to search for him. Hartman however, threatens Walter and shoots Koller when he attempts to disarm him. Hartman attempts to justify his actions to a distraught Walter, who probably tried to get his M1911 pistol from a secret cabinet, forcing a shocked Hartman to shoot him. Hartman notices and stops the recording and isn't heard from again.
INFRA
Mark passes by the villa on his way to the Nuclear Power Plant, the flood wave from the Two Gorges Dam has caused water levels to rise, as well as flooding the surrounding area and a small crawlspace inside a building.
If Mark decides to investigate what happened in the villa, he'll question why the bodies are mysteriously absent, and discover from photographing the dried blood stains that Jeff Walter tried to get his gun from a secret cabinet beneath a bookshelf. After locating the keys to the smaller building outside the villa, Mark activates a pump to drain the crawlspace and to locate a boat in the nearby barn.
Locations
Villa Exterior
Outside the villa are several buildings, presumably used as storage or living quarters for servants. Recently some people visited the manor to find things to scavenge. One of them left a note for his companion hinting there have been rumors about what happened inside the villa.
Walter's Office
Walter has been living inside the villa for some years, and used one room as his personal office to write letters to his associates, as well as a hiding place for a list of names of S.N.W. operatives. Two crests inside the mansion can be located to collect this list.

Trivia
*The water pump takes around a minute to activate before draining the water in the tunnel.
*An out-of-bounds room on the upper floors of the villa reveals an inaccessible room where Jeff Walter's model can be found sitting at a desk, suggesting another videotape sequence may have been planned here.
*If you wait long enough by the river, you will see a raft with an Osmo Olut umbrella as well as many bottles of it.
