Biography
Caroline is a daughter of Jacob Cooper, she lives alone in the Deekula B3 apartment. She is a painter, and her paintings can be found in her apartment and in her storage cell at the ground floor of the tenement she lives in. She is also a member of Stalburg Underground cult.
She is a neighbor of Father Tobias, who took care of her father in his last moments after he had fallen ill to the Fungal Disease. Once Father Tobias himself became sick with Fungal Disease, Caroline promised to help him cure it, eventually giving him an experimental drug.
After her father died, she moved his body pieces into a bathtub, and attempted to contract him in the Other Side using radios. When she is found in-game, she lies covered in her bed in near-catatonic state.
It is possible that Caroline Cooper is the creator of OsRat device. Both Anya and Eliana Passmore affirm that the creator is a woman. Close relation with Father Tobias also suggests she had access to his apartment, and by extension to the secondary apartment where OsRat was developed and tested. Caroline's expertise with radios and reaching the Other Side might be another hint suggesting she made the OsRat.
