FDS CO. is a producer of FDSecure system for controlling safety and security of flood doors, the system is managed from main Flood Doors Alarm Control Panel, installed within the facility.

Products

Test version (A)lpha V 0.52 of the FDSecure system is used in the underground section of Pine Fell Water Plant, the main control panel is located in the floodgate flow control area and is accessible only when all four floodgates are open. The panel allows to override any flood door within the facility when a corresponding code is entered. Due to it being an experimental version, panel operators are advised to report any issues and suggestions to FDS CO. to improve this secure system. The model version number seen in the bottom of the panel suggests this version is dated to 1975.

An updated version 1.2 of the system is used in the Southern Hammer Valley Hydro Powerplant, where the main control panel is located in the upper office and is accessible only if the water turbine generators are turned on. The panel allows to reset state of any flood door, turn all the flood lights to green or red, and manage security alarm, however this version of the system returns multiple errors when attempting to access various functions. The security alarm can be also remotely turned off from another panel located in the turbine hall with a code authentication.
