Rob is [[Robin]]'s friend and a resident in [[tenements]]. If you save [[Robin]] in [[powerstation2]], he'll let you in to Turnip Hill without a passport.

Much of Rob's background is unknown, however it is known that he owns a computer repair store called "PC MASTER" in Point Elias, and is close friends with Robin and cares for his well-being. Compared to the rest of the tenants in Turnip Hill, Rob is fairly rational and a helpful character in Mark's journey to the Black Rock Nuclear Powerplant.

Rob is only encountered if Mark rescued Robin in the [[powerstation2|Coal-Fired Powerstation]]. While attempting to access the interior of Turnip Hill, Mark can ring Rob's doorbell as an alternate means of getting inside Turnip Hill, where he voices his appreciation for Mark saving Robin, and invites him in to give him a gift. Rob's apartment is on the second floor in the first building, where he can talked to again to undertake an optional task of getting a pipe from the moonshine factory on the same map to "repair" Mark's gift.
 
If Mark found the pipe for Rob, he'll receive a coffee machine that can make one cup of coffee before breaking in all the endings, as well as an email from Rob, where he states that with Robin, they have started own repair company ''Rob-In, Build and Repair''.

During events of ''Open Sewer'' Rob is 35 years old, he's working in the "Rob-In Build and Repair" shop that he owns with Robin, where he can renovate the player's tenement for OC and RM.
