INFRA
Rob is only encountered if Mark rescued Robin in the Coal-Fired Powerstation. While attempting to access the interior of Turnip Hill, Mark can ring Rob's doorbell as an alternate means of getting inside Turnip Hill, where he voices his appreciation for Mark saving Robin, and invites him in to give him a gift. Rob's apartment is on the second floor in the first building, where he can talked to again to undertake an optional task of getting a pipe from the moonshine factory on the same map to "repair" Mark's gift.
If Mark found the pipe for Rob, he'll receive a coffee machine that can make one cup of coffee before breaking in all the endings, as well as an email from Rob, where he states that with Robin, they have started own repair company Rob-In, Build and Repair.
