The completely flooded field and roads leading to the Stalburg Nuclear Power Plant.
Story
Mark exits the crawlspace into a barn, the surrounding area has been totally flooded, making navigation impossible without the boat. Mark is contacted over the radio by Paul, who's already in the helicopter with Carla and Amit, they'll meet him inside the power plant. It begins to rain, Mark sails through the ruined roads and after getting past the front gates enters a hangar leading to the front entrance of the Blackrock Nuclear Power Plant.

Trivia
- If the player noclips beyond a locked hatch inside the small tower with a geocache, they'll witness a nonsensical scene of four boots positioned around a red boot wearing a hat.
