Construction history
In 2008, Stalburg Industry Power began an expansion of the nuclear power plant to the Black Rock 3 with EPR-type reactor that the Arivá Construction is seen building. The construction was scheduled to be completed in 2012, however several major setbacks occured since, in the 2016, a new expected date of completion was announced to spring of 2018.
In January 2017, the Stalburg City Council had approved plan for construction of Stalburg Skytree project, a mixed-use 50-story skyscraper with three smaller buildings that the Arivá Construction is set to built.
