In January 2017, the [[Stalburg City Council]] had approved plan for construction of Stalburg Skytree project, a mixed-use 50-story skyscraper with three smaller buildings that the Arivá Construction is set to built. The construction is located on a former industrial plot in Business district, north of the railway station and is scheduled to begin in February of the same year.

Arivá Construction is a construction company that operates in Stalburg. Their cranes can be spotted all throughout city. The company's motto is "We build. We Fail."

Trivia

  • It is possible that Arivá Construction is based on French nuclear power company Areva NP, who had a similar colors and logo design and who in real life was the main contractor for construction of Olkiluoto 3 reactor, the inspiration that the Black Rock 3 reactor is based on, that faced similar construction issues.
