In wasteland, morse code can be heard coming from a random radio sitting in an area of the map.
The morse code it outputs is mixed in with other audio, and is as follows:

This translates to "raven.otherside.researstoppedi".
The word "research" is missing the letters "ch", and the message has an "i" appended, which possibly means that it is used as an 🔑 encryption key elsewhere.
