Your tenement can become your main source of income and your base of operations, but you need to put some money and resources into it first. It would be wise to start with your own apartment (which is the first one), so you can actually sleep there safely and stop paying for an inn. Go speak with [[Rob Madsen]] about that, he has a workshop right across the O-Market. To renovate your apartment you will need 150 OC (75 of which you have to pay in advance), 5 planks, 5 nails, 3 duct tapes and a sheet of metal. All of that can be found on the streets, but if you have some spare money you can simply buy it from general trader in the Bazaar. Renovation will take some time so just move on and do other tasks, bu be ready to pay the remaining amount when it's finished. After securing your own place you can focus on other apartments to be able to rent them and get constant money flow.
