Alex Hartman was the former CEO of Hammer Valley Hydro before the company's purchase by Jeff Walter and eventual bankruptcy. After Hammer Valley Hydro;s bankruptcy, Hartman grew an obsession with Jeff Walter, blaming him for the failure of his company, along with the failure of the numerous other companies Walter acquired.
