Alex Hartman

Alex Hartman was the former CEO of Hammer Valley Hydro before the company's purchase by Jeff Walter and eventual bankruptcy. After Hammer Valley Hydro's bankruptcy, Hartman grew an obsession with Jeff Walter, blaming him for the failure of his company, along with the failure of the numerous other companies Walter acquired. Hartman also believes Walter to be behind a deep-rooted scheme to destroy Stalburg, and as a result as embarked on a quest to "save the city from Walter". Hartman is never seen in person, and communicates to the player with tape recorders left behind in various locations he has visited.
