Days ago, a worker near the surface dug up documents relating to the construction of the temporary buildings in Obenseur. These documents showed that the buildings were built with subpar materials, and should be demolished. Separate documents implied that the poor build quality is fine, and that it was the inspector who was wrong. The employee's superior ordered them to destroy the documents. Far below the surface, the pipes in the tunnels were leaking badly. Inept engineers failed to maintain power stations. Homeless people inhabited the pipes. Madmen set buildings to be demolished. Shady government organizations made their home. Mark wanders onto the scene, attempting to reach his office through the sewers instead of the roads. His journey brings him through perilous electrified floors, and large spinning fans. He eventually reaches a booby-trapped area underground, where Hartman attempts to demolish the supports of Walter Tower, and crush Walter along with it. Unfortunately, this trap was set off by Mark instead of the intended target. Walter tower does not fall. Mark eventually makes his way to a mysterious bunker underground, and restores power to it to enter the bunker in attempt to get to his office.
Prior to the events of ''INFRA'', Alex Hartman rigged the supports and walls underneath Walter Tower with dynamite provided by Eric Kleinmann. Hartman recorded an audio log to taunt Jeff Walter and trigger the dynamite to explode should he ever return to his company's headquarters. This never came to pass however, and the trap was left untouched for decades. Several documents concerning the construction inspection of Obenseur, (more commonly refereed to as "Open Sewer") were discovered by someone, and revealed that the tenement buildings were built with subpar materials, and should of been demolished, but the city planning committee continued the construction project anyway.

Mark escapes from Central Station and finds his way to the surface in an alleyway. With no way access to the streets, Mark enters another sewer, and realizes he must hike the rest of the way to the office. The interconnected tunnels take Mark through a partially flooded electrical station, and underneath Walter Co. headquarters. The trap demolishes the supports of the building and the room begins to collapse. Mark narrowly escapes being crushed, but becomes trapped underground yet again. He can explore the area to get access to upper levels of the tower, but eventually comes across a mysterious bunker deeper underground. Mark restores power to the entrance hall, and without any other way to proceed, he enters the bunker.

===Tunnels===
The underground tunnels are part canal systems, and part electrical systems. The electrical systems are unmaintained, wires loose, and watched over by inept people. The tunnels are not very flooded, unusually, and lead around the underground of stalburg to the bottom of buildings and storage areas. It contains water pipes, and electrical pipes. It is minimally flooded.
===Office Room===
===Office Room===
The office room is a room on the surface of Stalburg that contains many archives and blueprints. Some referred to the construction of the temporary tenements, which have been thrown away. The room is secured.
A small enclosed office for an unknown company that contains many archives and blueprints. Someone ordered the documents here to be disposed of, but hadn't managed to throw out all of them.

===Outside of Bunker===
===Tunnels===
Outside of the bunker is a funicular lift, very large blast doors, a door control room, and a power-substation. The funicular lift is very heavy duty, and actually working. The large blast doors are quite suspicious, and makes anyone wonder what they're hiding. The door control room is relatively simple, with a code panel and a large switch. The power substation contains a logbook describing a trouble-bound breaker, a connection to Hammer Valley Dam, and the codes for the bunker door.
The underground tunnels are part sewer system, part service tunnels. The sewers provide access to an underground electrical substation. The transformers in here have been poorly maintained and have several exposed cables in pools of water.

===Below Walter Tower===
===Beneath Walter Tower===
Far before the events of Infra, Alex Hartman got his hands on Dynamite. He made his way below Walter Tower, and wired the supports to the tower to explode. He rigged the room so that as soon as someone, hopefully Jeff Walter, the door would shut, and the area will collapse upon the person. Hartman left behind a cassette tape, and a cassette tape player, taunting Jeff Walter's imminent death.
Service tunnels provide access to Walter Tower's subsurface. Hartman's trap is unavoidably triggered here. Further inside are storerooms, and a functional funicular lift leading to the bunker's entrance. Outside the bunker is the door control room, and a power substation for the bunker.

Story

Prior to the events of INFRA, Alex Hartman rigged the supports and walls underneath Walter Tower with dynamite provided by Eric Kleinmann.

Locations

Office Room

A small enclosed office for an unknown company that contains many archives and blueprints. Someone ordered the documents here to be disposed of, but hadn't managed to throw out all of them.

Tunnels

The underground tunnels are part sewer system, part service tunnels. The sewers provide access to an underground electrical substation. The transformers in here have been poorly maintained and have several exposed cables in pools of water.

Beneath Walter Tower

Service tunnels provide access to Walter Tower's subsurface. Hartman's trap is unavoidably triggered here. Further inside are storerooms, and a functional funicular lift leading to the bunker's entrance. Outside the bunker is the door control room, and a power substation for the bunker.
