An active alarm can be spotted. A sign next to it gives information about the 3 levels of alarm. The first is static meaning slightly above normal radiation levels. The second is blinking, meaning abnormally high radiation levels. The final one is a blinking light with an audible warning tone. This signifies a large radiation amount, and that the area should be kept clear. A hidden teaser available only to the elite Sauna Club shows that the light is indeed blinking with an warning tone.

Stalburg Industry Power is a company we know nothing about. At one of the previous special events on the Discord Server, there was a screenshot of a hallway with the SIP logo and a radiation alarm, next to a screenshot of the nuclear power plant. Note how the plant appears to be lit up red, especially around the cylindrical containment vessel.
