In wasteland, morse code can be heard coming from a random radio sitting in an area of the map.

The morse code it outputs is mixed in with other audio, and is as follows:

The transcription is

RAVEN. OTHER [medium pause] SIDE. RESEAR [medium pause] STOPPED
