Wasteland radio morse

In wasteland, morse code can be heard coming from a random radio sitting in an area of the map.

The morse code it outputs is mixed in with other audio, and is as follows:

The transcription is

RAVEN. OTHER [medium pause] SIDE. RESEAR [medium pause] STOPPED

• The word "research" is missing the letters "ch".
• The morse code seems cut off at the end, as the signal stops in the midst of a "beep".
  • The last character starts with a short beep and has at least one or more beeps following, indicated by the second beep of the character being cut off (see screenshot). This limits the following character to being one of A, I, W, R, U, S, J, P, Ä, L, Ü, F, V, or H.
