Tenements is a map inside of Turnip Hill, which is an affordable housing project funded by Walter Co. and was later adopted into the district of Open Sewer. Turnip Hill is closed place with its own economy and strictly controlled access in and outside of the area. Homeless people, lower class and political opponents are transferred here. This deliberate immigration rate is so high, that there is almost no space left. The situation is getting out of control, more and more people exhibit strange behavior due to excessive usage of shrooms and Osmo Olut. Moreover, the whole place is in so bad shape, that ceiling is missing on some floors and a few sections are completely closed.
