Before the events of INFRA, the Bergmann Group was constructing a cistern. The Stalburg Bank began to lobby against the project despite how close to it was to completion, arguing that it posed a security risk to the bank. On the verge of bankruptcy, the Bergmann Group had to abandon the project, leaving several worklights, vehicles and equipment to collect dust. Following the cancellation of the project and total bankruptcy of the Bergmann group, one worker was driven to alcoholism and committed suicide in the unfinished cistern, the body is nowhere to be seen. Mark passes through here in his attempt to reach the surface. Descending and ascending from the many platforms, he makes his way to basement of a nearby powerstation. | |||
