The coded notes are a series of notes found in a small underground shelter in Wasteland.

They are found taped all over a wall, arranged vaguely like a pair of wings. Below the table next to the wall is a white Mörkö mask model with a "dirty" skin.

  • There is T.50=P which doesn't fit into the key table, but 0x50 is the ASCII code for P.
