There are symbols written on a wall in Elo's hideout in Isle3. These symbols have green and blue as their primary colours and have certain similarities to the ones found in Wasteland.
The first set of symbols is quite complicated. It may be decipherable into a message, with the right key.
The second set of symbols is much more like a pattern than the first. For this reason, it does not seem like a code.
