The Bazaar is an upcoming location in Obenseuer, slated to be in the next large update. It is currently acessable but requiring a passport to enter. Aside from passport control other entry point is the mines, and underground tunnels.
About
The Bazaar seems to be walled in, at least seperately from the Residential District Zone. It is presumably the location of higher quality shops and vendors, and implied to be the location of NPCs for currently incompletable quests.
It also had a "slum" section, which's gate is open by 0600 to 2000.
Note
It's main gate entrance, aside from requiring the passport to enter will often check the player upon leaving for stolen items.

Murju
Complex made out of 2 units. Murju A has a vendor that buy and sells cigars,alchol and mushroom-related projects. A Flea Market found in the 1st floor as well as a "Rat Arena" that is accessible in the rooftop. Murju B has a "Pig Shop" in the 1st floor. In order to enter Murju B, one needs to progress in the True Wehlo quest
