When Mark finally get to Alcista Building, his boss ordered him to set off as soon as possible and arrive in Blackrock Nuclear Power Plant because the rescue helicopter was still not ready yet.
En route to his destination, he encountered an unexpected roadblock. The only way forward went through some unusual tenement complex.
Turnip Hill Entrance
The first strange thing was mysterious Border inspection at the entrance, where one usually expect mailboxes and doorbell panel. Information sign inside tells, that every visitor must have valid passport and permission to enter and area called Turnip Hill. Also, giving beer to border inspector is officially prohibited.

House near railway
After short examination of house near railway, Mark will find six-pack of Osmo Olut beer. This will allow player to finally enter Turnip Hill.
