Story
The bridge has been undergoing renovations, a corruption document details that concrete of a poorer quality was being used to meet a schedule deadline. Mark has to cross the bridge's scaffolding and make his way to Castle Rock Island. When he approaches an abandoned warehouse, the island's power goes out. Passing through an abandoned warehouse, Mark has the option to enter the neighborhood streets through stair access, or take a detour through a small cavern.

The railway bridge connects West Stalburg to Point Elias across Castle Rock Island, it seems hobos were living underneath the bridge at some point, but were likely relocated to Open Sewer.
