Silvia wrote the book "The Tunnel of Water Trees". She may be one of the founders / directors of the Raven Research Institute. This is assumed because Raven Research is probably named after her. (Speculation).
Her portrait is seen next to Rosenthal's, which means she might have a connection to him or to the Worker's Union. It is not confirmed that this is her portrait, however it is likely since Oskutin posted a message hinting about it.
