Ivar Phil lives inside the Mines, at the Shroom Farm Apartment. He sells Orange Mushroom Powder, a supposedly less harmful way to consume Orange Mushrooms for their ability to keep miners hard at work and awake.
Behind the orange curtains in his apartment is the Shroom Farm, which contains many orange mushrooms that can be harvested. Ivar will warn you that you aren't allowed back there, and doing so will incur a 100 OC bounty.
