Buying a House

A simple, yet hard quest. To start the quest, locate the house for sale in Bazaar district (across the road from the Book Store, on the corner) and call the number listed on the sale sign.

After calling and expressing interest in purchasing the house, you will be directed to visit the Open Homes Company located in the Mallment (third floor, accessed by B ladder) to finalize the purchase. Once there (during business hours), the deal can be finalized for 220 000 RM, which will finish the quest. Once the money is paid, the house interior will become buildable area and the key to the entrance will be given.

By default, house comes with pre-prepared bathroom and kitchen areas, but no bed to sleep on. Although the house has two floors and attic, the layout is quite cramped.

While it can be made into a meaningful stopover base to dishwash the illegal items and have kitchen, rest and bathroom access without needing to leave Bazaar, the sheer cost of buying the house makes ownership more of a vanity point then convenience.
