Mörkö, meaning "Boogeyman" in Finnish, is a fabled entity that is seen in the tunnels below Stalburg. There are sightings of Mörkö in infra_ee_hallway, stormdrain, and bunker. Mörkö may be related to The Machine and Andrew Herts.
The first time you can see him is in the ee_hallway map (with the 
Achievement):
After that, not Mörkö himself, but some weird Paintings by the probably posessed Richard can be seen in the bunker:
The first painting has a blurred-out Text, which says something like "The Underground God (which is probably "UGU") is dead. We need an Answer. Live"
From the Information in it, we can guess that Mörkö probably was strolling around in the Bunker, but the player does not see him there.
