He can be assigned to help the player manage their tenant and allowed to stay for a ridiculously low rent, or evicted.

A seemingly deceased man buried in a bathtub in dirt and mushrooms surrounded by inactive radios.


Entering the bathroom with the black amulet in possession causes a disturbing scene where the radios individually light up, distorted noises are heard, and the player is able to talk with Jacob's body.


Jacob appears to be in pain, and begs the player to find an underground city in the mines, and kill an unknown entity in the city that is trapping people underground. Many references in his dialogue are similar in context to the [[wasteland notes]].
