The first floor contains an employee sauna and locker room, a set of one-person restrooms, and the main controls for the facility's fire alarm system. The first floor is also the only floor from which the sedimentation and disinfection phases can be accessed. The plant's main control room is located on the second floor, and personnel offices can be found scattered throughout the second and third floors. A laboratory is located on the fourth floor, and the exit to the plant is located on the fifth, though these floors are never visited.
