Dr. Pena MD provides various medical services in exchange for OC or RM, depending on the service. He is located in the Deekula A building 1 floor above the tenement contractor Samuel Jonasson.
Dr. Pena charges a consultation fee to diagnose the player in one of four areas:
- Mental health
- Physical health
- Fungal disease
- Addictions
After paying for a diagnosis, the player can select a treatment option to purchase. Usually for each ailment there is an over-the-counter drug treatment, and a stronger prescription drug treatment. There are sometimes surgical options which can have various side effects requiring drugs or further treatment.
