The G.A.L.E.N is a mysterious constantly-running machine presumably located inside the Underground City.

Overview

In Obenseuer game, if player tries to enter the City Gates using the Other Side, a connection with the Player's Character will be established from within the Underground City, refering to them as "The Entity", to warn the Player's Character about the G.A.L.E.N and prevent them from entering the Underground City.

Speculative Information

Speculative Information
The warning implies the G.A.L.E.N must continue to operate uninterrupted or otherwise an unknown number of people will die, it is unknown whether it refers to the people living on the surface, people connected with the Other Side or people stuck in the Other Side.

It is possible that G.A.L.E.N is an acronym of another project run by S.N.W, similarly to S.N.W Project and S.M.V Project.
