Dr. Pena MD provides various medical services in exchange for OC (Open Sewer Coins) for diagnosis and RM (Real Money) for most treatments. He is located in the Deekula A building, 1 floor above the tenement contractor Samuel Jonasson. Once you enter his reception area you need to take a ticket and wait for him to page you in. This only take about 10 seconds and the light above his door will turn from red to green and the door will unlock allowing you entrance. Once inside with the doctor he will ask you for your number ticket and then you can select the service you desire.

Post VisitEdit

After paying for a diagnosis, the player can select a treatment option to purchase. Usually for each ailment there is an over-the-counter drug treatment (cheaper option), and a stronger prescription drug treatment (more expensive option). There are sometimes surgical options which can have various side effects requiring drugs or further treatment. If a prescription is desired and purchased the player will get a paper prescription from the doctor that they will need to take to the Skeida Pharmacy.
