Wasteland notes

The coded notes are a series of notes found in a small underground shelter in Wasteland.

They are found taped all over a wall, and on a table next to the wall is a White Mask model with a "dirty" skin.

Things to think about:

• The notes are a 6x6 grid of "post-its" with red text.
• Each line of post-its except the first has a symbol on it.
• These appear to use the same letter-number code as the Body message.
  • Only the letters A, R, Q, and T are used.
  • Upon closer inspection the numbers are much higher than any code that has been found so far.
  • T.24 on (0, 3) has a weird green outline. May be a red herring.
• Zuntti said we have to use everything we know already for this.

The hint

The hint Zuntti gave us for this segment is "4. What are you looking for? The right Question? The right Answer? The Right person?".
