‎ In Obenseuer player can find, buy or craft many functional machines and furniture, many of which can be placed inside Player's Tenement.

Workbenches have a efficiency modifier that affects speed of the crafting process, quality of the produced items and fuel economy if that machine.

When placed inside player's apartment, basement or roof, they act like a personal storage with applied freezing modifier, to store perishable items, like food, crops or fish eggs.

Equipment used for Mashing, Fermenting and Distilling, using it a skill is raised in an associated craft.
