Albert Hartman is the supposed "right person" from the ARG, revealed by inference from the wasteland notes. He is most likely a relative of Alex Hartman. Currently the name does not exist anywhere else in the game.
Their initials, 'AH' can be found on the water tree murals in Hammer Valley.
The Body message A-series of codes have the words "WHAT HAPPENED TO AH" in series, possibly referring to Albert Hartman.
