It does not matter how quick the player is - as soon as the letter is dropped into the mailbox, Pia is murdered in her sauna upstairs. Upon returning to her house, player finds that the mesh door leading into Pia's quarantined section is ajar and Pia is nowhere to be found. Going in and upstairs reveals Pia's body leaning against the wall in the sauna. OSRat can be used here again. Pia's spirit is confused about her suddenly being dead, but does say that the culprit was clearly a woman and she had Alice's keys to enter the house.
