Gold Jewellery Store
The Gold Jewellery Store (signposted Gold and Jewellery) is a jewellery shop in the Bazaar, run by Torsten Dvergsson. It sells watches, jewellery, gold, silver and other precious metal items for 
, and buys valuables back, but only with a certificate of authenticity. It is open on weekdays.

Visiting
The front door is locked outside opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8–16). A police officer is posted outside the store.
Torsten only serves customers who look respectable: Hygiene must be above 50, and Drunk, SMV, and High below 35. Otherwise he tells you "This is a respectable establishment, you should leave." and the trade options do not appear.

Talk to Torsten and choose What do you have? (Trade). Prices are in . The stock is restocked regularly; each time a random selection of 9–21 of the 50 items below is available, in small stacks.
Prices are listed as base prices (default difficulty), converted to (assuming 1 
= 0.1 ). Torsten sells for 110% and buys for 90% of the price. Items marked * come in random quality, which changes their price from half to four times the base price.

Selling
Torsten buys only valuables, and only with a 
Certificate of Authenticity: one certificate for each item sold, issued for that same item. He pays 90% of the item's value in and keeps the certificate.
- Every item bought from him comes with a certificate, so anything bought here can be sold back here (at a loss of about a fifth of its price).
- Certificates for a random valuable (gold and silver jewellery, watches, bars, ducks, tableware, or the Gold Nugget) can also be found in safes and fancy filing cabinets. Such a certificate lets you sell a found item of that kind.
- He does not buy stolen items or radioactive materials.
