Playable locations in [[Obenseuer]] are spread across 8 separate district zones: [[Residential]], [[Bazaar]], [[Mines]], [[Swamp]], [[Center]], [[Industrial]], [[Quarantine Zone]] and a secret district zone. In the current version of the game, only Residential zone is available.

You will have to pay before every renovation, then bring Rob Madsen the needed Hardwares to start the renovations. When the renovations are finished, you will have to pay a final payment, before you can use the given Apartment.

The Doctors office is inside of Skeida Pharmacy. The doctor offers a variety of services, such as checking your mental state and physical state. You can also check the status of your SMV progression.

An odd general trader located at the Backyard near the Player's Tenement that offers a surplus of general supplies, while also selling some furniture. The shop's stock changes daily.
This machine is located inside of the O-Market. You can bring plastic and glass bottles as well as metal cans to exchange for OC.

Located on the 1st floor, an apartment of Father Elias, access to this location is granted on the course of Priest's Debt task. The apartment has 2 rooms and is equipped with an Oven with a Stovetop, a Fridge with Freezer, a Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers) and a Bucket potty, however the aparment lacks electricity and electronic devices won't work until an Industrial Fuse is installed. A random Oven Recipe can also be found in the first room on a table. The apartment has a secret passage to apartment B2.

Located on the 1st floor, an apartment accessible only via passage in apartment B1 on the course of Priest's Debt task. The apartment has 3 rooms and is equipped with a Bed, a Fridge with Freezer, a Table Stove, a Coffee maker, a Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers) and a Toilet, it also has a Safe that a code to can be found within the apartment.

Located on the 1st floor, an apartment of [[List_of_Open_Sewer_characters#Woman_in_Bed|Woman in bed]], access to this location requires a Keys found in Storage B3 on the course of Radio signal task. The apartment has 3 rooms and is equipped with an Oven with a Stovetop, a Fridge with Freezer, a kitchen Sink (Clean and Advanced modifiers), a Kitchen, a Microwave Oven (Crude modifier), a Phone, a Toilet and a bathroom Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers).
====Apartment B4====
Located on the 2nd floor, an apartment of [[List_of_Open_Sewer_characters#Amanda_Korhonen|Amanda Korhonen]], access to this location is granted by herself on the course of Radio signal task. The apartment has 3 rooms and an additional boarded up compartment that can be broken into with a use of Sledgehammer or an Axe. Apartment is equipped with a Log storage, a Sink (Dirty and Makeshift modifiers), a Wood stove and a Bucket potty, a random Oven Recipe can be found in the first room on a table.
====Apartment B5====
Located on the 2nd floor, apartment with locked doors that can be lockpicked with a medium difficulty. The apartment has 3 rooms and is equipped with a two Barrel stoves, a Kitchen, a Coffee maker, a Fridge with Freezer, a Metalstove, a Bed, a Bucket potty, a Sink (Clean and Makeshift modifiers) and a Shower, everything in this apartment is owned and can be stolen.

===Furniture Salesman===
A salesman in front of your tenement. You can buy furniture from him to your apartment for RMs.
 
===Junk Trader===
A trader in the south end of Open Sewer next to the Osmo Olut Factory. You can sell stuff to him, though he has a very limited amount of money. You can also buy Recipes, some Hardwares and a few Junk items from him.
 
===Sauna===
A place at the west end of Open Sewer. It costs 25 OCs to get in. Here you can use the hose to refill bottles with water or use the Ball Grill to cook food.
 
===Police Station===
A building not far from the Sauna. Here you can ask if the police is 'chasing' you. Or you can report something.
 
===Korso Hotel===
A building next to the Police Station. At the time there's no interaction with this building and it isn't marked on the map.
 
===Church===
A small church next to the Sauna.
 
===Cemetery===
A cemetery behind the Church. You can find a bottle of Whiskey on one of the graves, that you can give to Ville Sköldgangster.

Playable locations in Obenseuer are spread across 8 separate district zones: Residential, Bazaar, Mines, Swamp, Center, Industrial, Quarantine Zone and a secret district zone. In the current version of the game, only Residential zone is available.

Large complex made out of 3 units, the Deekula A, B and C and the additional Deekula Basement. Among all those units player can find Tenement Contract Work! renovator, Dr. Pena MD medical expert and the Möbelmann Furnitures store.

Kolhola building[edit | edit source]

Building with one unit, the Kolhola A, located along the Trade Road, inside player can find Hostel Warehom and Money Exchange establishments.
