* Apartment B1: Located on the 1st floor, an apartment of Father Elias, access to this location is granted on the course of Priest's debt task. The apartment has 2 rooms and is equipped with an Oven with a Stovetop, a Fridge with Freezer, a Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers) and a Bucket potty, however the aparment lacks electricity and electronic devices won't work until an Industrial Fuse is installed. A random Oven Recipe can also be found in the first room on a table. The apartment has a secret passage to apartment B2.

* Apartment B7: Located on the 3rd floor, an apartment of Jim Nilsen with locked doors with a Keypad that can be lockpicked with a challenging difficulty, although attempting a lockpick will trigger an alarm. The apartment has 4 rooms and is equipped with an Oven with a Stovetop, a Fridge with Freezer, a kitchen Sink (Clean and Advanced modifiers), a Coffee Maker, a Fermenting barrel, a Microwave oven, a Bed, an Aquarium, a Toilet, a bathroom Sink (Clean and Normal modifiers) and a Shower. The apartment has also additional door that cannot be opened anyhow.
* Apartment B8: Located on the 3rd floor, an apartment of Keijo Korsonen with locked doors that can be lockpicked with a challenging difficulty. The apartment has 2 rooms and is equipped with a Fridge with Freezer, a Sink (Clean and Advanced modifiers), a Wood stove, a Bed, a Toilet, a Shower and a bathroom Sink (Dirty and Normal modifiers). Access to this apartment can be granted by Keijo Korsonen himself after having the doors lockpicked previously.
* Apartments B9 and B6: A large open apartment spanning two floors made of apartments B6 and B9 connected by a staircase with an entrance accessible only from B9 on the 3rd floor, the apartment is partially occupied by Adam Holmgren.
** Top floor contains a sleeping space with four usable Beds and several lockpickable storages ranging from easy to challenging difficulty; a bathroom with Toilet, 3 Showers and a Sink (Dirty and Makeshift modifiers); and a personal space of Adam Holmgren, where he can be found, a staircase leading to a small attic is found there.
** Attic contains three more usable Beds and an Industrial Fuse can be found nearby.
* Bottom floor contains a kitchen space with a Fridge with Freezer, a Kitchen, an Oven with a Stovetop and a Sink (Clean and Advanced modifiers); a Safe is found nearby underneath the staircase that a code to can be found within the room and a random Oven Recipe can be found in the next room on a table; and a workshop behind rollgate with a Worktable and a Drill, a random Blueprint and a Sledgehammer can be found within the room.
* Apartment B10: Located on the 4th floor, an apartment of Max Masher, access to this location is granted on the course of Me mash! task. The apartment has 3 rooms and is equipped with a Log storage, a Mattress, a Bucket potty, a set of 6 Growing boxes and separately a set of 3 Mashing tuns behind a locked door where a random Mushroom Mash Recipe can be found.
* Apartment B11: Located on the 4th floor, apartment with locked doors that can be lockpicked with a challenging difficulty. The apartment has 1 room and is equipped with a Fridge with Freezer, a Coffee maker and a Bed. A random Blueprint and a random Oven Recipe can be found inside the apartment.

* Storage B3: Storage adherent to apartment B3, accessible via boarded up passage from the storage B4 that can be broken into with a use of Sledgehammer or an Axe. A set of Keys can be found that grants access to the main entrance of the storage B3 and to the apartment B3.
* Storage B4: Storage adherent to apartment B4, access to it is granted on the course of Radio signal task by the Amanda herself, it has a boarded up passage leading to the storage B3.
* Storage B5: Storage adherent to apartment B5 with locked doors that can be lockpicked with an easy difficulty, a random Mash Recipe can be found there.

Building with one unit, the Kolhola A, located along the Trade Road, inside player can find Hostel Warehom and Money Exchange establishments.
