He is also having problems with his lungs due to smoking.

To unlock Ville as an rentable character, player first has to unlock the Speakeasy Bar on the course of [[Getting Started]] quest and give him a Socca Junior. A recurring character, the somewhat infamous Ville was moved to Obenseuer after the events of [[INFRA]].
