He is a member of Devil's Angels bikers gang, currently works as a moonshiner, and used to be a dealer of [[Stalburg Mushroom Virus#Orange|orange fungus]] powder when he ran an operation in the [[Deekula Basement]], before it was sold cheaply to [[Hanss]]. He also has problems with his lungs due to smoking.

A strange caretaker living in a shack behind the church. She appears to believe people in Obenseuer are trapped in an underground world, an provides the player with a quest to gather 10 greenest mushrooms. She can provide the black amulet if her quest is complete and isn't mocked after the hallucination.  
Under his guidance, the player, promoted to his assistant, works to bring the Player's Tenement to a liveable condition and rent the apartments out. He gives the [[Getting Started]], [[My Cozy Apartment]] and [[Getting a Passport]] quests from the main storyline, as well as the [[Orange Heaven]] side quest.
