This man does live in your [[Player's Tenement|tenement]] but lives rent free in exchange to help you. He can be located on the 3rd floor inside apartment #7. He is a "Main Quest" giver and has a bit a lung problem from all of his smoking.

Characters that the apartments of the [[Player's Tenement]] can be rented to, providing a daily rent in return. Each tenant has specific minimum requirements that an apartment must meet before being able to rent to them. The amount of income that a player receives from each tenant will increase based upon how many upgrades are in the apartment. See also [[Renting]] for a more in depth explanation.
